Abstract : The recent years has distinguished, in the world, with plenty of Educational studies, including modern educational studies, which have effective impact on develop and promote community through preparing the youth according to modern standards of teaching methods and educational curriculums. The changes of scientific material have associated with requirements and facilitated services, to make integral scientific system, which go side by side with developments in education field. At point, the kingdom aims to provide educational atmosphere can achieve moral, healthy and psychological stability for students through providing number of modern model schools, based on specialized scientific studies in the field of Architectural Engineering and Interior Design. Through field visits for study I have noted some of defects in the designed and engineering side for current model design of educational building, which may effect negatively on educational aspects of learning performance for students with functional performance of teachers in conveying their scientific message in better way. This is what motivated the study to think about research theme (Interior Design of Model Schools in the light of Functional School), to study universal Designed and engineering standards , the extent of performing them for local educational buildings in Makkah city, benefit of principles and theory of functional school to reach developed model design for study classes in Educational buildings , through practicing the most important universal theories for architecture" Le Corbusier" leader of functional school in the field of architecture and interior design (Modular Theory)and use it in preparing educational atmosphere for model study classes in form help to achieve functional and aesthetic aspect in design. The study aims to recognize the proper elements existing in interior design for model elementary schools for girls , in the light of basics and concepts of functional school, where it is one of universal schools in designing through"
